Fire & Special Perils Policy

This insurance provides compensation for the insured in the event of loss or damage to the building and insured contents caused by Fire, Lightning and explosion. In addition, it guarantees compensation for loss or damage due to extraneous perils like windstorm, tornado, flood, earthquake, riots, strike and civil commotion. We would need the following information to enable us compute premium payable in respect of this policy:

• Current replacement cost of each building (location by location) owned or for which you are responsible
• Lump sum, current replacement cost of all office contents (please give list)
• Current replacement cost of each generator plus accessories per location.
• Reasoanble cost of Debris removal following fire or allied perils per location.
• Twelve months rent prepaid per location.
